We are providers for many insurance companies. When you call for an appointment, please be ready to provide that information so we can verify your insurance and try to get the maximum reimbursement possible for you from your insurance carrier. Before any treatment is started, we will explain what the insurance coverage is (if any) and what your out of pocket expense will be. We understand how confusing insurance can be, so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. E-transfers are preferred.
